Personal Data Processing Consent for TrendOrFlat

I, a User of TrendOrFlat, freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, give Olga Igorevna Ilina, a self-employed individual under the Russian "Professional Income Tax" (NPD) regime, Tax ID (INN) 501803615021, email [email protected] (the "Operator"), consent to process my personal data on the terms below.

1. Data

This consent covers only the data that applicable law requires to be processed on the basis of consent:

• email and profile data;
• OAuth or Telegram identifiers, if that registration method is chosen;
• language and communication settings;
• content and attachments voluntarily sent to support;
• technical device and browser data to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.

Full payment details are not covered by this consent: they are processed independently by the payment provider YooKassa.

2. Purposes

• registration and provision of the features the User selects, to the extent applicable law requires consent;
• processing of voluntarily submitted support requests and attachments;
• communication at the User's request.

Marketing mailings, advertising cookies, and optional analytics are not covered by this consent and require separate voluntary settings in the "Cookie settings" panel.

3. Actions with data

The Operator may collect, record, organize, store, clarify, retrieve, use, transfer to authorized processors, block, delete, and destroy data within the scope of the stated purposes.

The list of processors and international-transfer conditions is set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Duration

This consent is valid until the stated purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn, unless longer retention of specific data is required on another lawful basis (for example, to perform the contract or comply with a legal obligation).

5. Withdrawal

Consent can be withdrawn:

• in account settings, where that feature is available;
• by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Withdrawal of consent".

Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. After withdrawal, the Operator stops operations based solely on this consent within the period required by law. Processing may continue to perform the contract, comply with the law, protect rights, or on other proper grounds.

6. Confirmation

Consent is given by a separate, not pre-checked, mark at registration or by a button of explicit confirmation. The Operator records the User's ID, the text's version and hash, the date, method, and source of confirmation.

Consent is not deemed given through silence, a pre-checked box, or a mere visit to the site.
